Refunds for services may be issued under the following conditions:
The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon
A request for refund is submitted within 7 days of service delivery
Work has not yet been fully completed or initiated
Please note: Emergency or same-day services may not be eligible for refunds once performed.
If you’ve purchased a product from us:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect
Customized HVAC systems or special-order parts
Installation labor once completed
Diagnostic or inspection fees
Digital products or downloadable content

Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
