1. Service Refunds

Refunds for services may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon

  • A request for refund is submitted within 7 days of service delivery

  • Work has not yet been fully completed or initiated

Please note: Emergency or same-day services may not be eligible for refunds once performed.

2. Product Refunds (if applicable)

If you’ve purchased a product from us:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services

  • Customized HVAC systems or special-order parts

  • Installation labor once completed

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees

  • Digital products or downloadable content

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@devorio.us with the following:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Order number or service date

  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
